Do you offer any roadside assistance?

Yes. Our drivers do provide roadside assistance services when you need them. We do cover a variety of issues that may arise including fuel delivery, flat tire repair, lockout services, and battery jumps.

What should I expect when your tow driver arrives?

When our heavy-duty tow driver in Miami arrives at your location, he will look over the truck and then proceed to hook it up to the tow truck. Once hooked up, he will inspect it again to make sure it is in place and properly secured. From there, the tow driver will take your vehicle to the location of your choice.

Are all of your tow truck drivers licensed and insured?

Yes. All of our driver are licensed and insured for your protection. Each one of our drivers goes through an extensive training seminar to ensure that they are able to properly work our tow trucks and properly hook up your heavy-duty vehicle. We know how easily a heavy-duty truck can receive damage when it is handled incorrectly and we would never allow this to happen.

Our drivers know how to properly work the hydraulics to lift and lower your heavy-duty truck. In addition, we make sure that our tow trucks are mechanically sound and each one is inspected by a certified mechanic.

What are your hours for towing service?

Our towing hours are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our drivers are on call and will work around the clock to ensure you are never left on the side of the road for hours at a time.

What do I need to do to prepare my heavy-duty truck for the tow?

You do not need to do anything. When our drivers arrive on site, they will handle hooking up your oversized truck for you. We do recommend that you place flares or cones around your truck to alert other drivers.
